While I am a math teacher I enjoy making custom wedding cakes, party cakes, cookies and cookie bouquets as a hobby. Unlike the grocery stores and warehouse stores that only spend 10 minutes per cake a custom cake typically takes 3 or more hours to create. Due to other orders and scheduling conflicts please place your orders at least a couple of weeks in advance (wedding cakes 3-6 months in advance) to ensure availability.

Cake: Each cake is approximately 4 inches tall with 3 layers of filling. Covered with buttercream frosting and marshmallow fondant (for a perfectly smooth and tasty surface) and decorated to match your occassion. Cakes can be decorated according to a theme or perhaps to match a party invitation.

Cookies: Sugar Cookies cut and customized to your party specficications. Cookies are individually bagged and tied with ribbon. (Available without bagging.) Cookies can be boxed or otherwise prepared in special containers. Cookie wands available (on a stick). Popular for gifts or center pieces is the cookie bouquet which features cookie wands arranged in a container.
